Vanguard Software listed in Gartner’s 2014 Who’s Who in Advanced Analytics as part of the “next frontier of opportunity” in data-driven insights and decisions.
Vanguard Software’s leadership position in advanced analytics was recently recognized by Gartner, the world’s foremost information technology research and advisory company. Gartner included Vanguard in their 2014 Who’s Who in Advanced Analytics.
Like Vanguard, Gartner recognizes that traditional Business Intelligence (BI) tools can only measure the past and lack the analytic capabilities to model the future. They report an increasing number of organizations are turning to advanced analytics to support their decision making.
“[A]dvanced analytics has emerged as the next frontier of opportunity. Organizations that want to become more analytically mature and achieve competitive advantage must expand their use of analytics to predictive and prescriptive techniques,” the report states.
