Rob Suggs
CEO
Rob is Vanguard’s founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Darden. Prior to founding Vanguard in 1995, Rob built a career in technology strategy, assessing the risks and opportunities of emerging technologies to guide C-level decisions. Today, Rob directly manages all research and development activities at Vanguard in addition to his role providing executive leadership and oversight.

Neal Goffman
Chief Operations Officer
Goffman has over 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry, taking products through the entire cycle from concept to delivery. Before joining Vanguard, Goffman contributed to several successful start-up exits and he was an innovation leader at IBM, overseeing delivery of IBM Watson projects for the public sector, including such domains as artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced analytics.
Brian Lewis
Executive Vice President
Brian has over 15 years of experience in predictive planning, advanced analytics, and supply chain optimization. Prior to joining Vanguard, Brian worked at Ford Motor Company and UPS. He has a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a MSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
Eric Manzon
Vice President
Eric has been providing forecasting and custom solutions to Vanguard customers for over a decade, with over 25 years of experience architecting, designing, and developing solutions for large scale businesses. He has worked as a consultant for IBM, Oracle, and BEA to numerous customers including Kodak, The Hartford, Blue Cross, CBS, and more. Eric has a MS in Computer Science from Clemson University and a BA in Computer Studies from Northwestern University.

Sales and Marketing Operations Manager
Responsibilities include
- Maintain, administer and update Salesforce, including connections with other applications
- Build and manage sales and marketing dashboards, reports, funnel analytics, lead analysis and sales performance metrics via Salesforce
- Ensure proper lead flow, lead quality, sales data accuracy, and staff engagement within Salesforce and Outreach
- Oversee the marketing software and tools management
- Analyze marketing and sales performance, identifying steps in the funnel for improvement
- Maintain Salesforce Partner Portal and ensure partners are credited for their contributions
- Use Google Analytics and other marketing tools to assist Marketing Growth Manager in growing top-of-funnel leads through increased web, social, and paid engagement
- Collaborate across Sales, SE, Partner, and Marketing channels for aligned reporting and analytics
- BA in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of Sales Operations or Marketing Operations experience
- Salesforce Certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to create dashboards, analytics, and insights from Salesforce
- Experience with Pardot, Zoominfo, and Outreach a plus
- Working knowledge of Google Data Studio a plus

Growth Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager
Responsibilities include
- Grow top of funnel leads through strategic mix of marketing automation activities
- Manage Pardot email campaigns, growing both list size and campaign success
- Execute social media posts, measure their engagement, and improve followership
- Optimize paid advertising strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook, increasing engagement and conversions
- Manage and execute SEO/SEM strategy, working with team members to optimize content, website, and campaign assets
- Own monthly webinar planning and execution
- Increase company links and presence on 3rd party websites and manage linking strategy
- Build and monitor reports to analyze growth in web traffic, email lists, social followers, ad engagement, SEO rankings, and demo requests
- Work closely with content marketing to drive performance with high-engagement content
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Operations, Sales, SE, and others to increase quality leads
- BA in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing automation experience
- Demonstrated successful use of marketing tools to increase demo requests
- Experience in growing email lists, social followership, and website traffic
- Experience with SEO/SEM, with a strong knowledge of content optimization
- Ability to drive paid ad performance across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing, you love to constantly check the metrics
