The Vanguard System™ is a business planning
application that captures management estimates and
company know-how from individuals throughout your
organization and merges this knowledge into high-level
business forecast models. By combining all of the basic
quantitative methods in management with features of
spreadsheets, artificial intelligence tools, and math
applications, Vanguard delivers an advanced business
modeling system.
Vanguard's Web-based architecture
makes it possible for individuals across your
organization to collaborate on business planning and
analysis.
Users interact with the Vanguard System through either
Vanguard Studio™
or a standard Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox,
Safari, etc.). Contributors use Studio to capture
knowledge in the form of models that the Vanguard
Server™ manages. End-users interact with models
using any Web browser.
Web-based Collaboration and Dashboards
Since the Vanguard System is Web-based, users can be
located anywhere around the world. You can even have
suppliers and customers provide material availability and
demand estimates via a Web interface.

monitor business performance and risks.

Vanguard System Configurations
By combining different system components and add-ins,
you can tailor the Vanguard System™ to meet your
specific functional requirements and budgetary
constraints. Systems range from single-user / stand-alone
applications to enterprise-wide / client-server
deployments.
For single-user deployments, choose the Business Analytics Suite. Multi-user
deployments are built on the Vanguard System Server.
