Web Site Configuration Options
Before you install the DecisionScript server software, you
will need to decide exactly what part of your Web site traffic
the server will process. There are four configuration options
from which to choose:
1. One computer running only the DecisionScript server
software.
2. One computer running both your primary Web server software
and the DecisionScript server software where DecisionScript
handles only scripts and your primary server handles all other
traffic.
3. Two computers--one running your primary Web server software
and the other running the DecisionScript server software where
the traffic split is the same as in Option 2.
4. More than one computer running the DecisionScript server
software chained together to handle large traffic volumes.
