Library Model List
The Library Model dialog box also provides an inventory
of all library models available on your system. The dialog box
lists the name and a short description of all models. The
description is simply the first line in the library model file.
By convention, this line should be a simple comment field.
Within the Library Model dialog box you can edit
library model files (Edit), load all node definitions in
the library model into the current model database (Include),
and delete model files (Delete).
When you click Edit, the model file is loaded into a
text editor. Normally, this editor is the Windows Notepad editor.
You can choose to use a different editor by entering the editor's
path name in the Edit using field.
The Include option simply loads all node definitions in
the library model into the model that you are currently editing.
Note: If the library model contains a definition for a
node with the same name as one already defined in the system, the
Include option will cause the existing node to be
replaced.
The Delete option simply deletes the library model file
from your hard disk.
