Sensitivity Analysis Tools
The Sensitivity Analysis tools help you better
understand how sensitive your results are to input assumptions.
DecisionPro does this by first locating every input to your model
and performing an automated what-if analysis on each
input. The results of the analysis can be presented in graphical
or tabular form.
The advantage to using this technique for performing
sensitivity analysis rather than creating tables and graphs as
presented earlier in this chapter, is that this tool determines
the sensitivity of your result relative to ALL inputs
simultaneously. The results are then normalized and ranked from
most to least important to help you decide where you should focus
efforts to refine your input assumptions.
